came with a loose and broken plate and the dentirst very kindly took time to explain me my all options. i had to cancel few times due to ill health, but he always accomodated me with my schedules. i am very happy to be able to eat food again and not jsut soft food. thanks for your knowledge and excellent attention. i am very happy patient
